- vouchers for sanatorium and health resort treatment for service members and their families in institutions of the Ministry of Defense
- discounts for sanatorium treatment depending on the family’s average monthly income: 75% for service members and 50% for their family members
- priority enrollment of service members’ children in schools, kindergartens, and children’s camps, regardless of the form of ownership
- the right for family members studying in state educational institutions to transfer to institutions located closer to the service member’s new duty station or place of residence
- the opportunity for family members who study on a paid basis in state institutions to transfer to government-funded positions
- children of combatants, persons with war-related disabilities, and of fallen, captured, or missing defenders have the right to compensation of tuition fees in vocational, professional pre-higher, or higher education institutions
